No. Coaching and therapy can complement one another, but they serve different purposes. Coaching focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and moving forward, while therapy often addresses mental health diagnosis, treatment, and healing from deeper clinical concerns. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health care.
At this time, all coaching sessions are offered virtually, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space.
Booking is simple. You can use the booking section on this website to contact me directly by email. We’ll begin with a complimentary connection session to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session and payment instructions will be provided to confirm your booking.
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be moved or refunded at no additional charge. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable.
